— A Multi-Page Brand Site
A multi-page brand website for an independent nail studio — pure HTML & CSS, no frameworks, no JavaScript.
Challenge
The goal was to design and develop a complete, multi-page brand website for an independent nail studio — built entirely from scratch with HTML and CSS, no frameworks, no shortcuts. The subject: a friendly, professional online presence for a nail artist looking to grow her client base and showcase her work.
The challenge was to create a warm, trustworthy brand experience that felt cohesive across multiple pages — services, gallery, contact form, customer reviews — while keeping the codebase clean, semantic, and free of external dependencies.
Approach
Every page was hand-coded using semantic HTML5 and CSS3. The project followed a content-first approach — defining the brand voice and information architecture before writing a single line of CSS.
- Designed a five-page brand structure: Home, Services, Gallery, Contact Us and Rate Us
- Built responsive layouts using CSS Flexbox and Grid
- Implemented a consistent navigation bar across all pages
- Created a photo gallery to showcase nail artistry work
- Designed and styled a contact form for booking inquiries
- Built a dedicated reviews page for customer testimonials
- Integrated social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Deployed via GitHub Pages for public access
Building without frameworks forces a deeper understanding of structure, typography and rhythm. Every spacing decision, every layout choice, every hover state — all written by hand.
